Workplace Mediation is a confidential, informal therapeutic process where a mediator is used to assist employees who are in conflict or dispute come to mutually acceptable agreements on how to:
- Work together in a healthier way;
- Improve their future working relationship by relieving the emotional stress attached to the conflict;
- Find solutions to the business problems created by their conflict.
Workplace mediation can happen between individuals and teams.
$275/hr. Sessions run 90 minutes and generally require 1 – 2 sessions.
