• $150 per 60 minute session; Packages: 3 sessions = $425; 5 sessions $725; 8 sessions: $1,000

Insurance

At this time, coaching, hypnosis, and mediation are not covered by most insurances. Depending on your employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part through an employee assistance program. Please contact your provider or employer to verify what may be covered for mental health services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits for coaching? If yes, then the following questions may help.
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician or employer in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. I accept payment directly on my site.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
