Workplace Mediation is a confidential, informal therapeutic process where a mediator is used to assist employees who are in conflict or dispute come to mutually acceptable agreements on how to:

  • Work together in a healthier way
  • Improve their future working relationship by relieving the emotional stress attached to the conflict
  • Find solutions to the business problems created by their conflict

Workplace mediation can happen between individuals and teams.

Rates:

Generally workplace mediation is project-based and rates are negotiated as flat fees encompassing the total number of hours and administrative time.
